Default Hello iron brothers and sisters, ive come to join

Hey whats up everyone.

Ive come to join the iron brothers on this board. Just come for general knowledge really and try to point others in the write direction. Ive been working out for a minor 7 months which is nothing compared to some other people but have seen some good gains

Just some stats

age: 21
height: 5'6 :?
weight: 162 ish
bf %: apparently 9 using bodystat but we all know they arent accurate, i guess im in the 11 pecentile.
body goal: just a bit more than van damme

cheers thanks, ive been doing part time uni since jan because i decided to change course so i didnt have to do all the module during that semester. that gave me time to go gym and train muscles twice a week, do cardio, and eat eat eat very very well. lost about 18 lbs since then too
