Hello everyone,
I am a member in a few different forums and i have seen a few names before.
I am 23 years old and i have competed in 2 Bodybuilding shows to date.
I have learnt a few things through different forums and from competing so hopefully i will be able to help. Hopefully i will be able to gain more knowledge from yous guys and gals.
