| Making Progress Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Scotland Posts: 118 Rep Power: ![]() | Asda tuna is only 28p and has 23g of protien , Eggs are a cheap food source ,cottage cheese,tined fish, oats,powdered milk,chicken roll. I get my meat from the market and get 10 fresh chiken brests for 4.50. Frozen veg is cheap too and is much better than fresh . 5kg of pasta is 3.75 or therabouts from Asda too ______________________ If your gonna do something ,do it right |
