Asda tuna is only 28p and has 23g of protien ,
Eggs are a cheap food source ,cottage cheese, tined fish, oats, powdered milk, chicken roll.

I get my meat from the market and get 10 fresh chiken brests for 4.50.

Frozen veg is cheap too and is much better than fresh .

5kg of pasta is 3.75 or therabouts from Asda too

Yup I use milk powder all the time, can't stand the real stuff. Much easier to take "Sainsburys basic" is as good as any.
