Thought this was the best place to post this message Sorry I haven't been around lately but competition prep etc is taking up most of my time and haven't had much time for much else I am still going for it and if I do say so myself (and many others) I am looking damn good for a novice entry and there is two weeks left in which to really be super strict with my intake. I am feeling much more confident and less pressure. I am currently 14 stone 5 lbs and all abs are good, just need the two lower ones now. Cant improve much more in definition (o.k. maybe I can) just lower back/abs. Have started being tutored in posing. I am going to use the matrix theme for my routine as its different but still has good posing timing. 2 weeks to go and I should be around again, just need to focus on the day until then.
