hi all been on the site alot of times but never been able to register.
finally i can thanks to steve. anyway here's abit about me

NAME: jase
LOCATION : cannock ( staffordshire )
sex : male
age : 29
height : 5'9

i've been training for 11 years for many years just to get in shape but now for competition in strongman shows.
had my first show last year and loved it more lined up this year. i train with the goslings from time to time at the gym and event training.
my aim in a couple of years is to win the britains strongest man. sure rich would love that.lol
my first love was allways bodybuilding but could never get shaped up enough.
my stats are :
CHEST : 57 1/2"
biceps : 18 1/2
forarms : 14"
waist : 38 to 40"
thighs : 36"
calfs not sure
weight : 260 lbs

i,m glad our little palavour with the registering is all sorted,

57" chest, thats huge,

how much you doing on the log lift and farmers walk mate?

thanks steve for your help with my account glad it's sorted

my wrists are quite small so i find the falmers quite hard i can do the 105 falmers for 30 metres
my log is only 100 kg at moment but working on it hard at moment being short i shout exell at the events like that.
