Hi, been training now for 4-5 years consistently now. Did start out at my uni gym (I'm a member of staff there so a got a discount) but have moved onto a good gym in Covent Garden (not expensive for London, and got a good range of equipment). In that pic taken last October was floating around 240-245 lb mark but have shrunk down to around 230 due mainly me not training properly since december (doing a thesis part-time and been trying to finish off the latest chapter).
