Default what do you think of my wieght training ?

hi,can you give me your opinion on my wieght training please,im 6ft2 11 stone trying to gain a muscler body.
MON
flies
tri extensions
foward raises
tri dips
TUE
barbell curls
single arm rows
sit ups
squats
thur
sat dawn lateral raises
behind shoulder press
flies
sit ups
SAT
barbell curls
single arm rows
umbell curls
squats
SUN
behind shoulder press
lateral raises
upright rows
sit ups.
Beilieve it or not i have spent a long time working out my training but is it ok?thanks :?:

how do you feel its going with this routine,?

what have your gains been like?

have you been doing this routine long?

AH! This is what your training looks like. You say you only started 3 weeks ago so this is far far too much for your muscles and body at the moment.

Stick to 3 days a week. Mon, wed, fri or tues, thurs, sat or wed, fri, sun

I was going to write one out but Garry posted one earlier that is a great routine(look at garry), heres the link.

Stick to this programme and you will see great gains, far more than a split routine.
