Default can skinny guys get big

HI people,im 21 and starting body building, ive put on 5lbs in just a thew weeks but i only wieght 11 stone and im 6ft2.What do u think my realistic goals should be,as i no i will never be a heavywieght.thanks :?:

That's not true man. If you keep working out and eating everything you see, you can put on weight. When I first started lifting, I weighed 135lbs ( 9 stone, 9 lbs). I'm up to 168 as of this morning. I know that's still not a heavy weight, but people that see me now that haven't seen me in a long time think i'm huge. I saw a guy yesterday I used to go to school w/ a year ago and he was like... weren't you skinny just a year ago? Now you're huge. So anyone can do it w/ the right amount of dedication.

i started at 9.2 stone and have been as heavy as 15.5 stone now sit at 14.2 stone with my abs just visible. just eat like your life depended on it for the next few years and dont overtrain. check my pics in photo section im 14.7 stone in them

when i first started i was 11 stone, biggest i,ve been is 17 and half stone

eat well and train right, give it 3 - 4 years you could be big
