| Under Construction Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Dumfries Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | I am 53 yrs old. Have been bodybuilding for 7 yrs. I have recently got back into trsining after a few months off due to an injury. I would like to go onto a cycle to build/ define muscle and to burn up fat. I am not on a large income but need to make gains. Could anyone advise me please? Ken. :?: |
