Looking forward to getting some good advice from these pages. First question is: do any the "fat burning" pills actually work? |

For years I was 14st 7lbs, then late twenties early thirties I found that I started putting on weight, being bone idle didn't help. I'd like to drop 2st in weight, and then start building up muscle, I reckon at 32 it's now or never to have a real go at body building. I tried Maximuscel Thermobol, the effects were awful, nausea and being hyper, stopped taking it after just one day. I've read several articles that say ephedra, ephedrine are not good for you. Also some 'fat burning' products specifically state that they don't contain ephedra, ephedrine, it reads as a sales point, ie, it's a good thing not to have it. Cheers, Chris. |
