New to this board

Just like to introduce myself and to say how useful this board seems to be. Finally a board without stupid rules about not discussing sources - if there were more boards like this scammers would eventually vanish!

BTW I'm 25 been training for 3 years 6'0 @ 180lbs (started at 132lbs

ops: )and about 8-10% bf and live in London. Natural so far and looking to start a cycle in the near future!
