Hey, Ive been reading this forum for a month now. I havent really posted any information of my own. I thought id just introduce myself.
Im 21 from Glasgow, training for almost 4 and a half years. I currently weigh 205 lbs.

im form the southside of glasgow carl41. I train in the Healthland gym in the city centre.

i used to train in there till I had a mega fall out with the manager Peter gallacher- dunno if he is still there?

It was an ok gym- didnt like the equiptment- Techonogym if i remember ??

When i went it was forever choca-block as there were too many members
