Hello says newbie from Glasgow

yeh it is prety crap equipment, i only tend to use the free weights though. Ive been there for a year now, jus joined becase of the great membership deal I got. Im thinking of leaving it now anyway, thinking of joining that Venus gym where the old Marcos in Templeton park beside glasgow green.

Where do you train Snake?

Training in Pro-Life in Paisley now.. getting it quite cheap
Smaller than Healthlands but the weights, machines, cardio is ok

Marcos was a good gym, not great for cardio though, but a lot of big big guys who used to go there and it was a real hardcore atmosphere in there....loads a gear talk etc

once got Dymetadrine 25 from the guy who ran the place- total fakes they were

The thing i liked about Healthlands was the quality punani that went there...
