I have been training on and off for about 10 years(mostley off) started back again a few months ago due to being 32 and about two stone over weight (to much beer and fast food). i have now cut out all the crap food and beer and train 5 days a week, and seeing good results. Just started my first course of deca and sust(also taking nolvodex) i will let you know how i get on. |
