Firstly congrats on a great site, I've learnt loads so far.
I'm 25yrs old and have been training for about 4years.
6ft
14st and 20% bf.
My aims are to reach 16st @ 15% bf (v ambitious)

I must say all the forums have been very friendly and helpful.

Welcome to the board mate.

You have come to the right place to reach your goals, all the guys here are really helpful and will no doubt point you in the right direction.

If you work hard im sure you will get as big as you want to - perhaps even bigger!!!! :shock:
