| Under Construction Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: Staffordshire, UK Posts: 81 Rep Power:   |  From Orlando, soon to be back in UK Evenin all, i am currently living in Orlando, Fl. i have been working here for about a year as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Supervisor at the University of Central Florida(check out www.rec.ucf.edu and the webcams for a look at the place).  I shall be flying back at the end of this month and am looking for a good gym to join in the West Midlands, ideally in the Wolverhampton area. If anyone knows of a good facility, incorporating plenty free weights and benches, then let me know. Much appreciated. I have been training for about 5 years now, the last two pretty serious. I am now 17 stone 11, at 6'1. I know what you mean about the UK supplement prices i've been on some american sites before and i was shocked by the difference in price, its tempting to order from over there and pay the stupid P&P prices, still works out cheaper!! ______________________ Benj |

Is it because the products are made here? Or maybe because there are more people here buying things so companies can charge less? Anyway, cheers for the welcome. I hope i can find a good gym to keep up my progress as i have managed to make some real good gains over the last year. Cheers, and anyone else from the West Midlands on here? I live just outside Walsall, probably about 7 miles from Wolverhampton. Your best bet for a gym is probably Healthland in Wednesfield. They've got a really good free weights section, huge gym, it gets a bit rammed though from Monday - Thursday. Its really good value though, only about 200 for years membership.
