Default hi!

Hi! found this site today, found it refreshing to read some of the good attitudes people have got here compared to some other sites... i'll introduce myself

i'm 5 ft 9, 31 years old currently living near brum, been training for around 13 years now. I've varied quite a bit in weight over the years, tried bulking and dieting down several times (I find it quite easy to put on / lose weight), been almost completely natural over the period... my normal weight is around 10 and a half / 11 stone, been as high as 14 stone, and i've just finished an extreme diet for an experiment just today, and i'm at, check this, 8 and a half stone, i look like a stick man!! (it'll probably take me all of a couple of days to put on another stone lol)

Anyway I took some photos yesterday (it's amazing how difficult it is to judge stuff from a mirror), i'm really disappointed with the results of my diet i looked much better before. I'm really just so pissed off with various results i've had over the years... so i've decided to just go for it and get on the gear. What the hell you only live once and i feel i've wasted enough time already. So if I can't get hold of anything round here in the not too distant future I'll be popping off probably to turkey for a bit of chemically assisted training if you know what i mean .

Hi Honk,
