| Under Construction Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 51 Rep Power: ![]() | Hey everybody great site, just wanna start by saying a feel a little out of my league talking to you guys. Ive been training now for just over seven months. I dont really have much contact with other lifters cause i feel stupid just walking over and asking for tips. anyway, Although i have noticed gains to my body i cant say that the gains stand out. I know the muscle has increased but there is no definition, is this normal for such a period of time or is there certain body types that dont show definition. also what i wanted to know is the abreviations used on the site. As a new comer to such a scene i am unable to understand alot of what is said. Such as eca stacks or pro-hormones, what is a pro-hormone. Hope i dont sound to stupid to you. Anyway cheers Nevlaw |

ECA stands for Ephedrine, Caffeine and Asprin - This is used as a major fat burner and works really well. In simple terms Pro Hormones are mild steroids that are legal, your body uses these substances to boost it's testosterone level. Loads about ECA and PH's on this board so just keep reading mate. |
