Default Music to workout to

I just wondered if anyone has some favourite albums they particulary like to use to workout to and listen to on the ipod.

I'm a big fan of rock (especially vintage), but also have quite an eclectic taste in music, jazz, classical, chillout, etc.

Just wanted to know of others tastes in this area. Do you create you own little playlists on the ipod, if so whats the content.

At the moment I'm listening to some U2, a couple of Queen albums, Cypress Hill, Joe Bonammassa, other times i just leave it on shuffle.

I get slated for this continually by friends but rap and hip hop seems to give me the extra intensity.
