I am very happy with the size increase which maybe thinks i could have carbed up a hell of a lot more for the show, but i spill over so easy lol. The problem is my delts and calves are excruciatingly painful due to lact ic acid build up just walking around. Tried to train shoulders this morning but the pumps were to painful.Do i just sit it out , consume more fluids or is there anything i can do to ease this build up. Any info much appreciated, R ______________________ Placing 2nd is like placing last, Juice to win!!! |

And why does it cause soreness?" And, www.slimming.co.uk/exercise/results/lactic-acid.htm. Hope one or the other helps. |

Unfortunately there is no getting away from that awful feeling after a show mate. Just accept the pain lol. ______________________ Get an extra 5% off all products at www.mosn.co.uk Use code 'MC 110' when ordering Also mod at www.uk-muscle.co.uk Excellence is a Habit not a skill Any advice I give is from my own experience, I do not recommend the use of drugs. I've got a load of stuff on Lactic Acid somewhere. I'm not sure if it will apply to post show, but it is the respiratory system which removes it. You can do work to increase your lactic acid threshold too. |
