Default advice on getting taller?

im just wondering if anybody would be able to give me any tips how to get taller please i know it sounds abit silly lol but im 18 years old and 5''8 and have no problem gaining muscle just want to get a bit taller really
any suggestions will be great

You're unlikely to be able to do anything to make yourself taller Amigo.

If you have no problem gaining muscle as you say, then just get hench. Being tall is over rated.

nothing wrong with being 5'8 mate im 5'7 LOL you still may grow abit as your only 18 id say theres no hope for me since iv now past 25

just gain plenty of muscle

the shorter people gain mass easier then the tall peeps ive found

they also can squat and deadlift alot easier then us 6 foot lot!

has ups and downs for both side of either being tall or short

accept what you got and just make the most of it!

but we cant go on theme park ride till we are older and grown abit more LOL

pro's and cons for both as splint said accept what you are 5'8 isnt really short is it?

The Kayan women of Burma add rings to their neck to elongate it over many years.Theres a tribe in Africa that does it aswell,could be the Maasi.So do the Karen tribe of northern Thailand.Get yer self to Halfords for a shock absorber!
