is see what you mean that guy is in very good condition

i would be a junior. still i understand that it takes time.

fairly high. that guys physique is incredible. a bit unfair using that as a yardstick as to wether or not you could compete. get to a show, or at least pick up a copy of a bodybuilding mag featuring regional amateur show reports. this will give you a more clear understanding of the standard of competitors.
