Wink Training back

Tried something new today for training my back. I was using a oly bar with 80kg on it.Basically i only put weights on 1 side of bar whilst the bar was on the floor then i started to lift the bar towards me, I just want to know what the exercise is called and is it worth doing it?

T Bar rows.

You should only use 10kg plates - other wise its cheating on the ROM

What is ROM?
Is this a good workout for your back?
Why should you only use 10kg plates?

ROM = Range Of Motion

10kg plates are smaller than 20kg plates. Meaning the range of motion is greater.

Yeah I love doing t-bar rows.

I got a machine kinda platform thing to stand on so its fine to use 20kg plates.

As I do like to rack it up a bit
