| Making Progress | Tried something new today for training my back. I was using a oly bar with 80kg on it.Basically i only put weights on 1 side of bar whilst the bar was on the floor then i started to lift the bar towards me, I just want to know what the exercise is called and is it worth doing it? ______________________ BENCH PRESS 100KG 1 X 1 DEADS 140KG 1 X 1 SQUATS 140KG 1 X 1 5'6 75KG AND STILL GROWING |
