Default inversion table or inversion rack, back pain

i was going to grt an inversion table for my lower back pain but i seen this inversion rack which looks better to me, do any of you have a table or rack for your lower back pain?

i havent tried one but they can be helpful from what ive read.
for the best results i reckon you`d have to be stretching daily too.
(apparently you only stay inverted for short periods of time - 2mins or so at a time)
