Bitch of a question, but if they only class back muscle groups as lats and traps its got to be traps really. I wouldn't try making sense of it just accept what they say to pass their exam mate. ______________________ Better a Lion for a single day than a Mouse for a thousand years. |

KISS may apply...but depending on the level of the course it may be more...Please tell when you get the answer back... ______________________ The little men who live behind my eyes and scream directly at my brain told me to tell you hello. Just tell them what they want to know. I always disagreed with the exam board/tutor on something but you get the best marks just telling them what they have told you. Based on that principle I'd go with traps. Good luck buddy. Question is wank though. |

That would deffo suggest to me that the question wants u to answer traps. |

| Illuminati | lol i`m happy to tell them what they want to hear(just look at the routines i posted up-i dont think its wise mid exam to start banging on about a lower volume and why women do flyes as a beginner and men do bench.....)BUT ive got to know what to tell them... appreciate you all googling about for me and the phine calls nath! sooo youre sure it aint the rotator cuff then? ![]() ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

| Illuminati Join Date: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,539 Rep Power: ![]() | It all depends on what the rhomboids, teres's and the infraspinatus are classified as. I might eqaully be tempted to go with 'Rotator-Cuff muscles (subscapularis, supraspinatus, teres minor and infraspinatus)' 24 Hour Fitness: building a bolder shoulder |

| Illuminati | you know what - i`m not actually sure what rhomboids are... they are my third choice ... i think theyre just talking bout superficial muscles. the Rc tends to be classed as deep muscles.. but as you say ......LOL highly dubious question which i wouldnt usually bother about but i`m sure it`ll be in the real exam and i think i need 78% to pass out of i think 45 questions- which dont give me much leeway on **** ups! ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
