I have had to increase the amount of pillows as i have become wider..ISH so i can still get arm underneath.. However last night I attempted to sleep on back with good resluts apart from several kicks to stop my snoring. does any one else suffer with dead arms in the morning or am i getting paranoid about nothing |

I crick my neck and left shoulder once a week without failure.Have to remind myself that when i turn over in the night to use my hands as support and not to just flip myself over like a deathrolling salt water croc!Sleeping does get more uncomfortable the bigger you get.I can't sleep on my side anymore because my ENORMOUS pecs get squshed!Try to avoid sleeping on that delt. ______________________ "Practice puts brains in your muscles" |

As said just try to aviod sleeping on that delt. ______________________ "Lack of will power has caused more failure than lack of intelligence or ability."

I have lower back injury (cue everyone: "here he goes again...") and it took me ages to change from sleeping on my front (which is really bad for you back) to sleeping on my back for a while, then on my side. And I've noticed a difference. I can't say for definite that this will be a problem for your injury but what you're doing shouldn't be uncomfortable for most people. You have to think about how much time you spend in bed - a long time in bad positions is not good for any injury. Sounds like your body is trying to tell you something.
