Question Blood everywhere!

Got your attention! Ahem, sorry, i couldn't think of a dull title.
Thought just occured to me, does anyone here give blood? Is this something to steer clear of when cycling? Or PCT (ing?) etc. Or does it not matter...
I'm thinking, if i was in surgery i'd take anything going tbh. But would it upset a cycle, or praps be rejected by the blood service?
Hmmm...

My guess is it would be rejected. Last time I went to give blood they rejected due to a tattoo I received in the prior year ...This is in referance to the American Red Cross I'm not sure if it is the same thing in your neck of the woods
