| Illuminati Join Date: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,539 Rep Power: ![]() | I went for the softy softy Cal is for everyone approach because as a PT the clients you will keep longest and who will be most likely to pay time and time again I'd hazard a guess will be unconfident and probably would shit themselves just looking at the pictures of the rest of your endorsements. Maybe get a few average Joe (Josephine - whatever) female endorsements saying how approachable, friendly and helpful you are and how they didn't feel stupid etc.. Glenn H's is a great one because its just a down to earth normal honest assessment comes across really well, mixed with things like Doug's, Pikeys which obviously add massive credibility. | Illuminati | In the current climate we find an explosion of personal trainers (PTs). A few weeks spent on a YMCA course, which they charge the earth for and no-one fails, you find many offering the services of a PT without much relevant experience. A good PT has been training for years and has learnt the hard way, not the easy way. They practice what they preach, that's why they teach. Exercise is second nature to them and not something they have decided to make money from by going into. Its real shame, but to be expected I guess, that the world of personal training would fall into two categories just as in every service. The good and the bad. If you value your hard earned money and want to do this properly choose the best you can. Cal has without a doubt improved my training immensely and has over the last year helped me to make more progress than i had in the 2 years by helping to improve not only my routine but also my way of thinking and attitude towards training on the whole. If you have the drive and commitment to really change your physique then i cant think of a better way to go about it than under cals expert supervision.
