The results Cal has enjoyed through his own training methods are beyond question, he has a huge knowledge base on essential health topics such as fitness, muscle and strength building as well as diet and nutrition. Cal's approachable and friendly nature, coupled with a burning passion to succeed, make him an ideal choice for a personal trainer. Cal has helped me enormously in a field that can be intimidating for a beginner and I have found him to be an invaluable source of information and support and a guy who cannot do enough for you.
