Guys have a look at this YouTube - Chris Turnbull Verbal Fence, listen to the speech until the end where he slags of bodybuilders.

I used to train with this guy for about 3 months until I dropped him bcos he was plain lazy, comments like "I can't train hard today bcos I've only had 2500 calories" and "I can't bench heavy today bcos my bad shoulder is acting up" were commonplace.

He took plenty gear, drank plenty protein and made all the right noises but he had no commitment and was plain lazy so now that he's decided to become an MMA fighter and slag off bodybuilders I find it really annoying.

The sad fact of the matter is he couldn't keep a job as a doorman bcos he was crap, he had no ability and less bottle so was a complete liability on the door. His first fight in a cage was a watered down bout with no head blows or elbow shots so even as an MMA fighter he's still a pussy!

I think everyone should go on a post a comment to his "informative video". I've said I'll have a go in a cage with him if I can have 3 months to prep.
