Herbal Ephedra?

This stuff illegal now or something, i can't find it anywhere.

If you don't know what i'm talking about it's a herb called "Ephedra sinica", also known as ma huang.

It was the plant from which ephedrine the alkaloid was first extracted from.

I'm looking for the herbal powdered form as aid for a friend of mines parkinsons and also for myself as part of an ECA stack.

Any sources, is it legal?

Don't think so Bully - but both are commonly used in OTC fat burners
