Default Secret weapon for strength Kr-EVOLUTION

Hope everyone's training is going well, Im in a good mood today just received my Kr-EVOLUTION guys!!! ready to start my heavy training cycle for the British powerlifting championships held in Bournemouth around july. If anybody has used this product could you give me some feedback please..

I'll keep a progress of my training in the journal section if any of you guys are interested. I have been training heavy over the last few weeks, Im currently using percentages for my training and have worked up to a raw squat of 262.5kg for 2, 195kg raw off one block on the bench press and 290kg's in briefs for the deadlift. My next competition is the British, then I'm off to Russia for the WPO semi finals.

thats it Crazycal mate. Started it today so Im hoping for some good strength gains over the next 11-12 weeks...

How did you go to Russia mate? Its not the type of place you go on holidays to lol....

ha ha ha, one of those stories... I see lol

been using the kre-evolution over the last few days. Training went well friday, trained heavy back. Worked up to 300kg on the deadlift, felt really good.

i have been using this stuff for the las few days... theres definitely been no bloating as with regular creatine... its hard to say about strength gains as im dieting which to many would mean a loss of strength... this never really happens with me... however on friday i had the best leg workout ive had in about 6 months!

ill keep an eye on how things go this week!
