Default Health & Fitness mag

I don't know how many of you all have seen this magazine before but it covers all the NABBA shows and will now be covering independant ones too. My friend Gary Keith is on the cover after winning the NABBA World Championships and is looking great.

The Beef mag ignores every company except CNP (they own the sh1tty rag) and only cover shows CNP sponsor so this is a good alternative.

They have some really good people contributing to it, I've even written a couple of articles myself.

Paul Jeffries is the man behind it and he asked me to tell you all about it and to say you can subscribe to the mag for £15 and this gets you 4 issues delivered (the mag is released quarterly). Gyms can purchase 20 mags for £18 to re-sell.

Paul Jeffries can be contacted on 07889 399107 or paul@wolfwear.co.uk.

If anyone wants to submit an article for publication in the mag, please feel free to PM me and we'll get something sorted.
We are always looking for input from readers as it is geared towards the more competetive side of the sport, so anyone with any ideas please let me know.
The articles can be about anything, training, diet, gear, motivation, psychology, supplements etc

Just give us a bell!

Well, at last its here. The New NABBA magazine!
We have had some real pain in the ass problems with printers which is why it 3 months late, but, better late than never. As can be seen from the front cover, it has show reports, a Powerlifting article by Gerald Piling (British, European & World Drug free Powerlifting Champion) and an amazing article by some bloke called Andy Polhill...never heard of the geezer before .... but apparently he's the 2007 OVERALL NABBA Mr Britain LOL
Only kidding, its a fookin brilliant article and well worth reading.
We are now taking articles in preperation for the next edition which, now the printers are sorted, is going to be out shortly after this years British finals!
So anyone with a decent article can submit them, just E-mail me @ neil.rushton@yahoo.co.uk or bossman Paul Jeffries @ paul@wolfwear.co.uk and all will be considered!!

Would be good to see a report on the UK show - pants that Beef didn't report it just because Dorian Yates sponsored the event.

Well, after a somewhat longer delay than intended, the magazine is out!!!

This is for definate, I have one in my hand!!

Gottas say this issue surpasses all previous editions in terms of content AND quality...and if you read the last one with Paul Georges awesome article in then thats saying something!!

AndyP's Guns training article is fantastic, the fun page is pretty cool too, but above all my Favoourite article is the one by Karen Bricklebank.
Now I've always had a tremendous amount of respect and admiration for our Kaz, but after reading her story i've gotta say it goes to a whole new level.

Just read it and you will see exactly what I mean.

ONE HELL OF A LADY!!!!!
