With no disrespect intended, you should really be pointing out that you moderate on their forums. I personally have found them alright, although they've sent me less than I paid for on one occasion, and their attitude was not great.

I use them regularly and they have always been spot on for me. Customer service is excellent and when anything goes wrong they are quick to rectify it. I've never had a problem with the quality of their products either.

Oh, and I do not moderate on their forum or have any other vested interest other than to give credit where it is due.

YES i moderate an the forum but they gave me good service before and i get the same service now as i got when i was justa customer.
