Default After losing weight??

Just thought i would ask, after reading the pre-contest thread, whether after losing a substantial amount of weight, does the skin eventually become tighter.
The reason i ask this is because after losing 5stone (old weight 15stone 2lbs) about a year and a half ago, my skin was very loose and ii was extremely unhappy, still, about the way i looked.
However after a year and a half of bulking and cutting, my skin does appear to have become tighter. However there is still some loose skin at the bottom of my midrif. Is this likely to eventuallt tighten up as its really bothering me.
Im currently on a bulk (144lbs atm) and will be cutting again when i get to 160lbs

I dropped over 5 stones for my first comp after having been a fatty all my life, my midsection looked soft bcos the skin never had long enough to adjust.

Nowadays I've never been as fat as I was before but still have a little loose bit at the bottom which has never fully tightened in 10 years although its better than it was.

Keep rubbing vitamin E or emu oil on this area, both should help. I never knew about this at the time I was competing I'm afraid.
