Old posts on forum.......

had a little spare time on my hands this morning so I took the opportunity to read through some of the old posts on the site. Being relatively new to the forum it makes good homework to knowing the regular core members a little more.

Some times when you read old threads that went dead months ago, it doesn't always seem a right to add my input so late in the day - everyone's moved on and there are other threads to contribute to. But..............

One that comes to mind was one about "what are your goals." everyone was saying things like..." to bench 100kg, work on my back and calf's........" then Crazycal puts up... "excuse the vanity... I just want to look good!" it just made me laugh.... and I'm with Crazycal on that one.. I'm just lifting to look good, before it all goes tits up.

if you look back far enuff in the roids section you`ll find some quailty posts by david.

You two are looking pretty damn good! I'm just trying to get back to a similar physique I had 5-10 years ago before my health went wrong and surgeons decided to have a fiddle with my insides and cut bits out of me!

Lets be honest, its all about vanity, nobody starts lifting thinking "I wanna compete", I believe we all think "get a better body, get more sex", true? Well I know I did, it worked too!

hmmm... ive never seen any proof of that saying "women dont really like big muscles you know".....

lol... oh yes they do... they just tell skinny people that to make them feel better!!!

After 5 years and working together every day it kinda dilutes any passion.
