Default Windy Whey

One of the features that my wife finds less attractive in me is the windy bi-product of whey protein. Anyone else with a similar problem.

What kind of Whey are you using Verne? Is it an isolate/concentrate or a blend of the 2?

Jo - apologies if I've done this wrong not sure how to reply to you.

The whey protein is a combination of the 2

If ur using a blender stop as this may put lots of air into it, try using a plastik container and shake it in that and you should be ok. I don't have any probs and been using wheys and MRP's for 2 years now, the only time i have wind is when i mix the stuff in a blender, and you can see the air in there as it's very frothy.

No point looking great and smelling like shit. lol

I have serious wind problems, but I think its due to fibre.

Used met-rex whey last week and the taste gave a good indication of what was to come, not good...!
