I've realise that although I've been training over 10 years, read countless bodybuilding books and magazines, I've learned more in the last few weeks than I ever had before. Not just through people answering my questions but the amount of knowledge you can pick up from other posts as well. I love the good humour of this forum and the total lack of bullsh*t. I am really grateful this forum exists and that such a good group of people come onto it. Many thanks to everyone |
