Default holidays!!!!!!!

After 3 years constant training apart from a few weeks out with a shoulder injury i have just had a 3 week break from training due to a holiday (hotel brochere said they catered for all your bodybuilding needs seeeing as the heaviest dumb bell was 20kg im guessing bodybuilding is not too big in cyprus) and an ear infection picked up in the pool, did what i could with the equipment available but don't feel like i have trained for ages.

Really didn't fancy it but just trained for the first time and my lifts have dropped but not that much and after the warm up sets i was loving it but my diet is fooked....! after pigging out for 2 weeks im still craving crap food and really struggling to get back to where i was before my hols.

Any tips on getting back into things in the gym? should i ease my way back or just throw myself into it seeing as its only 3 weeks out?

Thinking it will be 1 week holidays in future.!

Take a couple of ephedrine, put on some metal on your ipod, and train alone one night when its dark. Run there first.

Guaruntee you'll have a great workout
