met dorian yates!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, so im out a few thursdays ago in solihull, in brum. Im in a bar called casa, i notice a huge bicep leaning on the bar next to me, i mean huge. I look up, its dorian yates with some of his mates.
Luckily my friend knew one of them and introduced me to him, very nice bloke, spoke a bit about training diet etc, generally just bugged him for hints and tips.
He has a couple o new tattoos on his shoulders, i say knew i mean from his competeing days, anyway, thats me done, piemuncher, friend to the bodybuilding superstars!!!!!!!!!

he opened a gym in my town about a year ago. hes a good bloke. he was still big when i saw him but not as big as i expected him to be. he mentioned that hes just more into his fitness training nowadays rather than just getting huge.

he was very bulky when i met him, he said he was planning to compete in a few veterans comp's. He sat outside the whole night with a bottle of water and sunglasses on, after he finished speaking to me, legend.

Thought I'd take it upon myself to answer your question. To quote someone, simply clike on the quote button next to the person you want to quote.
A new window will open with the text from that person copied into the text box. You'll notice that the text has "[quote]" written at the beginning and end of the text. You simply write your message after the quoted text.
If you don't want to quote the whole text, then just delete the parts you dont want. As long as you dont delete the "[quote]" at the begining or end, you'll be fine.
