Body FX in Coventry will be the first location where we will be in seminar on the 25th of June. IFBB Pro Paul George, Mr Universe contendor Chris Wall and me (Doug Black) will discuss different approaches to diet, training, supplements, anabolics and anything else you guys may want to ask about.

Ironman Gym in Preston will be the second venue on the 16th of July where the speakers will be Paul George, Doug Black and Mr England/UK John Bridge, once again nothing is off limits so come along and get in on the action.

Coventry is free of charge, Body FX is in Jackson Rd Ind Est, Holbrooks, Coventry, CV6 4BT.

Preston will have a cover charge as its a charity fund raiser with the money going to the appeal to help Avril "Ripped Glutes" Cunliffe-Keith's daughter Adelle who was savagely attacked by a scumbag with a golf club who smashed her skull. Adelle survived against all odds and the scumbag got 5 years, which means released after 3.

What makes the whole thing worse is he mistook her for someone else, she almost died through a mistaken identity.

We'll be having a bench press comp in Preston which will cost a couple of quid to enter and will have supps as prizes (supplied by Extreme). 50% of your body weight for maximum reps, most reps wins!

We will be delighted to have as many of you along as possible and will answer any questions you have to the best of our abilities with nothing off limits, as long as its not personal questions.

The criminal Justice system ****ing sucks can anyone tell me what the hell the point is in ever letting that person out of jail again ever because I really don't see 1.

Thats really good of you Doug to do the fund raiser if I'm at home in Manchester at the time I might come to that
