Default Burning knees?

Hi all, just want to know what my problem with my knees is or if anyone else has had it and knows how to sort it. Every time i go for a run i get a burning and tingling feeling in my knees, does anyone know owt about it. Cheers

Hi,

there is quite a likely chance that te burning sensation in your knee's is a bit of tendonitis. i get it myself a lot and it isn't too major just ice and ibuprofen along with rest should help settle it down. It is possible to train through it aswell as it wont get any worse it just wont get anybetter either.
