whats the recommended amount of cardio (time) you should be doing a week to lose weight???

well it may help if you give us your diet m8 as diet is just as important as CV when loseing weight

I think you missed the point my friend what devil really wants is your complete daily food intake in some detail when u eat what u eat supps intake water intake etc .check out some of our diets in other threads or if you like check out my cutting diet and training in my progress journal for an idea on what others do to lose fat.

Depends how much free time you have during the week. If you did cardio 4 times a week for 45 mins would be good for losing weight such as doing a cutting phase.

Less would be done if you were bulking up such as none to - 30 mins.
