In my opinion both are important.

Compound for building mass, isolation to work on more specific areas and smaller muscle groups.

Vicky whilst you are welcome to your comments and your opinion I'd just like to make a few things clear.

1. In reference to the board being sexist I think that any member who has contributed to threads on topics of this nature in the past few days or anyone that knows me can say that I am one of the least sexist people you will meet and if I was included in that I find that insulting.

2. I'm hardly using an alias an alias by defition has its own persona just using my real name I find pretty tedious. I'm unsure as to why. Plus it was already taken when I registered which I did find annoying at the time. My real name almost everyone on the board knows is Tom. There are 2 members on the board I train with as well as pictures and info on my self I have little to hide.

3. As far as a question directed to Rob I assumed seen as you have a joint website and sponsorship deals etc at face value (ie I'm unsure if this is correct) and the question was directed as to the validity of claims made against your sponsor showing them and your fellow DVD athelete in a somewhat potential negative light it would be in your best interests to answer. Something which is in your best interests to answer has a lot to do with you IMO.

Finally you find forums tedious due to bitching and slagging each other off. Ironic.

However like I said great to have you and Rob here. I'm sure everyone would appreciate a larger contribution if you have the time.

I did not say you were sexist I said a lot of the threads are sexist so I dont feel my comments are required.

Tom ? I am pleased to meet you and glad you train with two other members I have not seen you pic maybe I will try and find it.

Never said it was tedious I think I said entertaining and hey you cant beat a good bitching!

Ok end of story and no problem. Feel free to find my pics etc. I do not want to engage in pointless arguing I do this enough away from the forums.

Any contribution from you or any member is appreciated. When people have <50 post of which 60% are trying to sell something this is a problem. To be honest as you have pointed out this is more Rob's posts than yours but all I'm going to say is

'check out this website for natural bodybuilding..... came acros it the other day and it looks really good. Some interesting stuff there! ' was Bid Dog's (Rob's alias you should tell him to use Rob Hope) First post. Are you ****ing kidding me. From now on I'll seperate your conduct from Rob's. I agree I held Rob's against you and this is unfair. Thansk look forward to your contributions.
