Pantothenic Acid (Vit B5) at high dosages (5g+/day) will help.

As well as that you might want to get some sunbed sessions in.

Acne happens due to over-agonisation of the androgen receptors in the skin. And yes B5 pills at high dosages will help.

I agree with my esteemed colleague about the vit B5...in laymans terms bacne happens usually because of a flux of hormones, either test or estro...it also is worse for those disposed to it anyway...

You get acne from the over stimulation of the sabacous glands, the sabacious glands have a high afinity for DHT, with all the extra oil coming through the pores and dead skin and dirt and bateria in the pores this can block them and can cause some pretty severe acne in people that are predisposed to it like jay and raz mentioned.

it should eventually clear up, however BB'ers (even natural ones) are probablly at a higher risk than the general population due to hormonre flucuations and sweat caused by lifting...for some reason my left shoulder and upper back just broke the fvck out over the last week...not taking any gear or heavy supps right now...unfortunately, it may happen from time to time, but with good hygine (shower when you get up, after workout and before bed) most of it can be controlled...

i get back acne whether im using anything or not but my natural test levels have always been sky high. b5 definately helps, getting out in the sun is the best way to prevent it.
