Default Why are protein bars loaded with saturated fat!?

It seems like every protein bar out there is loaded with saturated fat!! Why the hell won't these companies get creative and start making something that is actually healthy for you...??!!

the xtreme nutribars dont have saturated fat in them. i think

Sweeteners in protein bars are generally sugar alcohols which have no real glycemic response but give you the shits if you eat more than a bar or two.
