bodyfat calculator

yo, i saw this on a site, i was wondering if sum1 who knows there bodyfat could test this and tell me how accurate or un accurate it is.....click on the link then go to "diet" at the bottom of the page, you will be took to a page with a bodyfat calculator on it...cheers in advance guys.

its not as accurate as a pinch or multiple measurement method, but it is close... here's a link for one that is more accurate http://www.linear-software.com/online.html ...

Personally i thought that calculator was pretty accurate compared to some of the other ones.

its calculated based on the assumption of a 'regular' shape of body - if u have a particularly large or small waist, or genetically predisposed to storing fat in those areas (or NOT), then it will unfairly influence the calculation...

only good way to test bf is calibers,,i found that out when i bought a digi thing and it recons im any thing between 28% to 39% bf???????some how i doubt that lol
