| Under Construction | Hey everyone im poping my post cherry with a good one. How do you measure your thigh's I have a AFAA guideline that they gave me to follow...but it, along with other PT methods dont deal with vary lean bodies..mostly people that need to be trained..that are out of shape...10+ BF...unlike my 8%... I measure with my natural stance and lean more back rather then forword which would lessing the fullness of your hip flexors...also not rotating my foot to much....if spinal curve makes pasture off...line my body at the "PLUM" line...(if you dont know look it up..) whats the pro way to measure your body? ______________________ "if you cant beat em Join em."
