Default What does your carb diet consist of?

Okay, this prob sounds like a question with a simple answer, so fill me in guys. I'm basically looking to add more of a variety to the types of foods I am eating as far as carbohydrates go... I eat all my sandwiches on either whole wheat bread, multi-grain, or rye...also a fan of oatmeal... What does your diet consist of as far as carbs go...? Guess I'm just looking to get more creative, without having to cook

Wholemeal pasta, brown rice, oatmeal

Try sweet potatoes - they're really nice cut into wedges and oven baked with some rosemary, pepper and salt.

I suppose my main carb sources are oatmeal for breakfast, wholemeal bread (toast or a Subway) for lunch and then some type of potato rice or pasta for dinner. and sometimes i add oatmeal to protein shakes during the day or have fruit if i want simple carbs.

Yeah has some. 17 grms of carbs per 100grm. It is not hard to eat 240 grms in 1 serving. The main reason why I eat it is for the fibre it also has 8.5 grms of protein per 100grm.
