Train with partner or alone?

I usually train alone, but recently have been training chest with a partner.

Enjoy training with a partner. Sometimes we cant fit it in but my partner is the oiled up gay guy in the waistcoat from the post your pics section. Train with one of my housemates a little and occasionally Raz too

i train alone,i help the wife out but dont do my trainin with her,did have a partner but got pissed of with him messin about,so back to billie no m8s,but u still owe me a trainin section in a month or two andy

I train alone, I can get done in 45 minutes what will take me over an hour with a partner.

easier and quicker on my own. Although more interesting at times with someone elses.

Somedays im alone but some days if I see a dude I know and we are doing the same body parts we will train together.

Ive trained alone and with a partner, I think partners best you can get a nice spot and forced reps.
